I feel that Interactive artworks are able to communicate and include the audiences more as it allows visitors to be part of the installation. This allows the visitors to be more involved in the artwork and thus having a lasting memory of the installation.

The first sound installation art which I really appreciate is Murmur, a video and sound installation which translates sound waves into visuals. The audience can talk into Murmur’s ‘echo chamber’, and a direct visible interaction with the visuals on the walls becomes visible. I’ve heard of unique interactive artworks before, and I am really excited to be attempting to do one!

There are 2 examples that inspired my idea. They are The Piano Staircase, and Pepsi’s Interactive Football Vending Machine.
