Homework for next week:
Update storyboard and based on the existing test footage demonstrate planning for the film flow
- many of you need to go back to story board to decide on the flow of the visuals so we do not end up fading in and out of tests-like -clips. Considering drawings or methods outside of Cinema 4d if necessary to fill in the gaps. Draw, or collage your screen-captured stills and decide on the flow of the composition
- What can you do using layering and effects in post production (glitch, ambient color, textures, flip mirror repeat etc)
- work on more tests and work in low res 1/2 of the final size for faster preview
- mind the large scale of both walls – what appears in cm(s) is in meters in real space Elphi is 18.498 m by 4.64 m and MAN is 15 m by 2m
- mind the speed!!! “milk the cat”

We will NOT be testing on the media wall ntu until we have entire flow of the film ready (week 12, Monday Nov 5th) We will continue to work on story board and flow of the film
EXHIBITION TASKS
Exhibition tasks are part of your grade and part of course content. You are expected to:
- update info about your works by October 22nd (week 10) on the Gdrive https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xMJosO9M-GkXvr5b7zZOwuptzPTfBN_UEiZCMvfuUfE/edit#gid=1520052061 Please update info on your Group Project inclusive of : Title of the work -Name of the Author (s) -Short bios 2 sentence or 160 characters for each artist –Contact info and link to personal web site if any About the work: Short description 40 words about the work
- Submit in class by October 22nd (week 10) short clip of your video + Still JPEG– this would be featured in the teaser video and website; renders should be in mp4 H264, frame rate 30, in MAN’s ratio (3840 by 480) as that is in higher resolution. I will crop the width if necessary. Duration 15- 30 seconds
- Photo-shoot participation of your bio profile images is postponed for October 22nd -you must be in class
