Dynamic Arena Design
Here is the first draft with first draft render for the Dynamic Arena for the Hoverboard.
This is the overall look of the place. The top is the control station.
This is the interior of the control station with the centre being the controls for the dynamic arena at the bottom.
Mock up for board
Using the spherical wheel concept. I’ve done a proof of concept for the board using acrylic and the spherical drive system with a BB8. However, it is too heavy for the motor to drive the acrylic. Will re-do the mock up with cardboard.
Arena Mechanism Research
Actuators will create dynamic relief that can be changed real time to give a unique experience throughout the game.
