This artist statement has come a long way! It could use more editing and explanation, but at least it is not all over the place. Good job!

So, which artist statement will your group go with? At least, now I understand that it is a digital painting. The Artist Statement needs to be tighter. Look at the excellent examples in G6 (Tranny Dairies) and G7 (Pop Art Haniwa). Why do the images go back and forth? Is there a reason for the disruption? Are you using both sides of the one screen?

Very thorough post from proposal to reflection! The artist statement could use a bit more editing--it seems to be all over. I also have a hard time envisioning the final product. I think there is too much going on in the project--I don't understand why the Chinese Taoist yin-yang concept is included. Is Singapore supposed to be male or female? And Japan? Final function of product is interesting. Glad you included images of the prototype--I look forward to seeing the real prototype today!

Why is the painting folded? What is the function of this painting? What is it's size? What is the medium? (apart from digital). Is this a brochure? A small-scale souvenir?
