There’s a number of software tools to manage scheduling of projects. After testing several, the one that I will recommend is called GanttProject (it’s free, relatively easy to use, and supports multiple import/export formats). Download here: https://www.ganttproject.biz/
Below is an XML script. For some reason OSS doesn’t allow me to attach it (not even as .txt). Try it by copy-paste to text file, name it my-FYP.gan – note the extension! – and open in GanttProject.app.
