Human Laws:
Murder and attempted sabotage or thievery from royalty are punishable by death. The royal court officials often give large rewards and bounties for capturing these criminals dead or alive. Bounty hunters are often do so to collect the bounty money.

Danraxelia Lore: Crime and Punishment
