Using the wacom tablet and the stylus pen seemed quite intimidating when I first got it. I had to get used to using a pen and drawing it on a tablet and looking at the screen at the same time. As someone who’s comfortable using traditional medium of art, this digital way of creating an artwork required some time to get used to.
I think what helped a lot was being comfortable with hues and shades of colour on the palette- things I learnt in traditional painting. I think the colours I used for the pomegrenate was accurate enough. I just need to work on details and the rough little marks on the skin of it.
