This is the third phase, in which I experimented a lot more with textures and colours. Some of them did not turn out the way I had wanted them to, but I’m glad I did them anyway.

Psychedelic colours turned out quite well, but I thought that the colourful background is  perhaps a little too haphazard and messy for the look I’m going for.

Full-on digital colouring is not my forte, so it does look a little flat. And the background clouds wasn’t very inspiring either. I like the fact that I can control the colours to the exact pixel, but just because I can doesn’t mean I’m good at it.

The galaxy texture fascinated me because it’s so common these days. Despite being cosmically beautiful and grand, I have to admit that it is rather overused and thus decided to do away with it.
