How:
If you grant your zoom participant the permissions of a co-host,  both the host and co-host have the ability to mute any of the participants in the chat.

Why:
As we have been conversing mainly through Zoom for the past few months, there are bound to be arguments or discussions online which can become heated. In real life, we can only shout over each other wherein Zoom, we can finally shut someone up with a click of a button.
