I think you had trouble with the perspective of Stephanie’s nose. That is why you struggled. She might have come back to the pose a little changed and that can throw you off. because her face is 3/4 view yet her nose is almost straight on with the shape of the nostrils. Then I also think her cranium needs a little more space. but the other 2 are excellent portraits very different from each other exploring different compositions even within that little space. I think it was harder to find warms and cools in Nina’s flesh tones but you had opportunity in the male painting and did that very nicely.
