With the consistent drumming, I saw a field burning slowly as something appears to be approaching. The explosion of strokes on the canvas signifies fear as the constant drumming hints at the arrival of something dreadful and ominous. The warm colour palette with red as the dominant colour suggests violence which is further intensified with the short, choppy strokes, the smears and the dragging of paint across the surface.
