Critique day.

Concept

Koi fishes are the common symbol in the Chinese culture. The movement of the koi represents every ups and downs I often encounter in life. Koi on it’s own represents power, confidence, energetic which helps me express my ego. The use of koi and Phoenix shows the power of women and the way it expresses on its own.

Oriental + Detailed = ME

Adventurous – Obstacle = A BETTER ME

Subjective x Objective = An Ideal Me

Inspiration +/- Freedom = Me in 5 years

The final layout composition on the wall, this marks the end of presentation and also the end of assignment 3.

Work in progress…

Working towards the final composition. After printing the final prints, the final touch up will be adding beads to the prints as planned initially, which was proposed during the consultation. Below are my process in the making.
