Trip to Labrador Park

Standard

Rebecca and I’s trip to Labrador Park started off with some preliminary research about the site and its history to try and get an overall feel of what we would be experiencing once we got there. Right after exiting the MRT station we began to follow the signs navigating us into the park, finding it quite easy to follow them. On our journey we took note of all the different types of signs we saw and the overall site and surroundings. Some things that stood out to us were the decreasing amount of directional signs the deeper you got into the park, and the blatant ignoring of certain regulatory signs such as the no fishing and no smoking ones. This made us think about how these signs could be placed better so that the rules were actually followed. We also paid special mind to our sensorial experience while travelling through the park, taking note of the different sights, smells, feels, and sounds.
