For our second 2D project, we had to initiate off with selecting 4 quotes from movies, and needless to say, being an absolute Disney buff, all four of mine happen from Disney movies! Here they are..
1. “The past can hurt. But the way I see it, you can either run from it, or learn from it.” — Rafiki, The Lion King
Dialogue:
Adult Simba: I know what I have to do. But going back means I’ll have to face my past. I’ve been running from it for so long.
[Rafiki hits Simba on the head with his stick]
Adult Simba: Ow! Jeez, what was that for?
Rafiki: It doesn’t matter. It’s in the past.
[laughs]
Adult Simba: Yeah, but it still hurts.
Rafiki: Oh yes, the past can hurt. But from the way I see it, you can either run from it, or… learn from it.
[swings his stick again at Simba, who ducks out of the way]
2. “Hakuna matata.” — Timon and Pumbaa, The Lion King
Hakuna Matata! What a wonderful phrase
Hakuna Matata! Ain’t no passing craze

Those two words will solve all your problems!
Synopsis

Synopsis

But then, one winter’s night, an old beggar woman came to the castle and offered him a single rose in return for shelter from the bitter cold. Repulsed by her haggard appearance, the prince sneered at the gift and turned the old woman away. But she warned him not to be deceived by appearances, for beauty is found within. And when he dismissed her again, the old woman’s ugliness melted away to reveal a beautiful enchantress. The prince tried to apologize, but it was too late, for she had seen that there was no love in his heart. And as punishment, she transformed him into a hideous beast and placed a powerful spell on the castle and all who lived there. Ashamed of his monstrous form, the beast concealed himself inside his castle, with a magic mirror as his only window to the outside world. Synopsis:
Anna, the sister of the queen Elsa, sets of on a dangerous and mysterious journey to bring back Elsa, who has run of because of causing a endless winter upon her home town. Anna must get through challenges and meet new friends, such as Olaf, an adorable talking Snowman, and face her charming boyfriend to save the kingdom from not only Hans, but from forever winter.

“You’re never too old for Disney movies” is indeed true in my case. I absolutely adore each and every one of them and getting to use them in my project made it even more fun!
