Zero Waste: Final

“Pollute and Perish
Conserve and Flourish.”
The sculpture is symbolic of the huge disaster that awaits the human
race in the future, due to ignorance to mother nature in many ways. The
shape of the sculpture signifies the whirlwind, or tornado poor waste
management has gotten us into. The tornado is formed out of a number
of glasses, reminding us of how ignorantly we are affecting nature and
prompting us to take quick action to repair our doings. The foil is a
suggestion to incorporate solar panels in place of them in the actual
sculpture, which will make it not only a work of art, but something
more, playing its part in protecting the Earth and generating electricity.
