Artistic statement and Plot: We decided to make our short film in the form of a trailer. We included the use of social media to give the fairytale a modern twist. The character in the film is actually about a girl with a scar on one side of her face. The film shows her insecurities, internal struggle and humiliation by the society through the use of social media. Basically, we are trying to bring the viewers on a journey of the life of someone that is insecurity and not accepted in the society.
