My interpretation of the moving image now refers to images like vfx, deep fake and other COOL THINGS 😀 That being said, as consumers or filmmakers, we are often pressured to try said cool things or even immerse ourselves into these cool things to “amplify” or “make our films bEtTeR”. Sometimes, we even find ourselves anticipating these new technologies or ways to show the moving image and that’s fine but also when we choose not to board the bus of constant change, we might find that the road we already travel or the road that is right in front of us is more beautiful than the fast, convenient and COOL bus.
