Analogous – Blue, Yellow and purple to represent people

Complementary – To represent a contrast in personality

Split Complementary – To represent scenarios when mixing the colours

Process:

^ First composition

^ Second composition – removed the frame and bumped up the hue, with colour doge. (RGB)

^ Adjusted it to fit CMYK, strengthen the hue to make it not so dull. (CMYK)

Challenges:

1. RGB to CMYK: The colour dodge effects were lost.
2. Finding the right chroma and value to create depth and contrast.
3. Getting the most dynamic and self-explanatory composition

Solutions:

1. Double the layers, toggles with cure effect.
2. Just keep layering till there is enough. Toggle with Hue and Saturation effect.
3. Keep adjusting and transforming concept sketches, till I am satisfied.
