Our final project is a multi-screen (3 x 5) display that will play videos when you place ping pong balls into the boxes.
Black ball – start video and sound
Red ball – start recording of 4 counts of 8 (only last column)
You can mix and match to sound to your liking and be a DJ yourself.

Concept
Initial idea: We started with the idea of having a multi screen display that will start playing a recording of the visitor whenever head movement is detected, it will play on the screen in the direction of where the visitor is looking at.

Final idea: We got some insipration from youtube video, where Miley Cyrus, Jimmy Fallon and The Roots collaborate an acapela.
And also from incredibox as well.

We then decide to create an almost similar multi-screen display but with a different kind of interaction with the user (refer to top for explanation).
And that’s how our project came about.

This is the emulation of echo temple.
Done by: Phua Wei Jun, Lester Leong, Kwok Ming Sheng
We are in zen mode for our emulation. See it, feel it, listen to it and relax.
Our emulation allows user to play the different sound of bells we selected by just waving hands while standing/sitting in front of the screen. It is easily expandable to more sounds but for purpose of this project, we kept it to 7.
This will be our emulation.

A display of 5 x 5 screens with a camera placed around the center.
Using face/eye tracking, it detects the direction of the viewer’s face/eyes and on the screen of that direction.
It will play the recording of the viewer.
At certain intervals, face/eye tracking will detect and on another screen, playing the same recording, but from the start. (a delay depends on the intervals).
