There you go! Looks much better.
1. Those bumps can be slightly smaller in diameter. And the last row of bumps near the ball can be removed. Remember these bumps are thermoplastic elastomer (check this) and can be co- moulded with the board top.
2. You can experiment with dark greys instead of black. They need to be visible by themselves…
I think you are good to go after these 2 changes
