  1. Hi, En Kyi,

Good job! You have an amazing voice! I think that the flow of your singing at the beginning could be better though. The verse seems to have quite a lot of gaps instead of flowing in one piece. Overall it was really good! Keep up the good work πŸ™‚

  2. Hello En Kyi! Great job! I think there were no problems pitch-wise! I see so much potential in you and maybe if the key was a tad higher your voice could have been brighter and more energy could have been put into it (the first part seemed really low haha)! Open up your mouth perhaps to really let the words and notes out! Looking forward to see what you present next πŸ™‚

  3. Hey En Kyi,

Pitching-wise is all good, no problems regarding that. However, I think the key is a bit too low for you. If you intend to sing it in that key and not be able to reach the low notes, try and transition the resonance to your chest instead of your sinuses. Also, the song is quite aggressive (emotionally) in the chorus and one way you can express that is to not be shy and let your voice out. I feel that you’re constricting yourself in a way? Anyway good job, you looked comfortable and effortless as you sang πŸ™‚

  4. For my personal evaluation: The flow of the song was quite choppy at the beginning verse, and I should have held the notes more in between each word. My diction at some parts like β€œconversation” could be clearer too. Pitching wise, I think my lower range isn’t supported well. Overall, I need to work on my breathing and keep in mind to sing with my diaphragm.

  5. Hi En Kyi! Good performance with comfortable pacing. I agree that the Β key may be a little low for you, which tests your lower register and breath support to reach and sustain those low notes. Perhaps you could try sticking to a lighter voice even as you reach the low notes as I think that shifting to a lower vocal placement makes your lower notes wavers a little. Otherwise, your pitching is good. I love the emotion that’s coming out right now, and I feel that if you were to concentrate on singing with a brighter tone, that would help the song sound much livelier and energetic.

    Keep up the awesome singing!

  6. Hey En Kyi! Good job on your cover!! Your voice is nice and I hope you could maximise it and bring out a little more emotions when you sing this song! πŸ™‚ a bit too chill ah when you sang “nothing’s fine i’m torn” haha. But other than that, I think it’s great!!

  7. Hey EnKyi!! πŸ™‚

I really enjoyed listening to your cover. You have a really nice tone to your voice which I think gives you the potential to sing a variety of songs well (plus, I have also already heard you sing other songs well haha). Your pitching was good throughout, except i think the low notes felt a a bit to low for you? Maybe standing up and adjusting your breath before singing those lower notes might help. One improvement for the chorus: I think you should have let go a bit more in terms of pouring out the emotion. Overall really good job!! Excited to see what you have in store in week 12 πŸ˜‰

  8. Hello Enkyi! Great cover! I like how u pulled this off even tho some of the parts are of lower tone. And also I like how you transit to the higher notes. Just a suggestion, maybe you can put in more emotions in the front part? Nonetheless I like it! πŸ™‚

  9. Hi En Kyi,

Β You have a beautiful voice. I am a very big fan of Natalie Imbruglia, I think you did the song a lot of justice. To make it better, I would say to not be afraid to open your mouth to let your words flow better. It may look awkward, but I am very sure, it will help you sound more articulate. Keep it up! <3

  10. Hello En Kyi,

The starting few notes felt a bit too low for you, so probably if you increase the key, it will be better for you. However, the overall cover is great and all the best to you. πŸ™‚ Hope that you are no longer torn HAHAHAHAHA

  11. Hi En Kyi!

I like the tone of your voice, it’s really bright and open, with a lot of room for you to showcase your vocal ability! I feel that your voice could definitely hit higher notes though, so with that you would have been able to showcase a lot more emotion than if you sung it in the current key. Looking forward to hear you sing in the next one. Cheers! πŸ™‚
