Set in the humble dinner table of a simple home, (Dis)Connect is a story of a modern family, who in their attempt to be connected to everyone else, instead forgets the most basic, important unit of connection: themselves as a family.
Combining sound design and projection mapping, our installation invites the audience into the personal and combined lives of a family immersed in new day technology.

This is the only group picture we took (sadly). Anyhow, I’m really proud of my group, and what we managed to achieve in such a short span of time 🙂 Personally, this was the assignment that was the most satisfying to complete, so good job guys!

I visited Art Stage earlier this year. There was one artwork that my friends and I didn’t really pay much attention to. But with much hindsight, it was a pretty interesting installation.
“My name is HWEE and I’m a Hyphen” is a book representing my life. Some pages have been filled with different occupations I am personally interested in pursuing. Other pages have been left blank, representing the essence of Que Sera Sera, a song about the uncertainty about the future, and how we do not know what we will eventually be.
Hi I Exist is allows readers to meet Mandai, a much forgotten part of Singapore. This zine explores the questions: What if places represented part of of a person? If Mandai were a person, who would she be?
