Hey everyone,
As discussed, we are expecting to see from each group a piece of sculpture based on the project brief and the Perec reading that we have gone through. It does not have to polished, but it should definitely provide an experience. Use the references that we have shown as inspiration. We will review together everyone’s work for the first part of the next studio session. For those who were away during the studio session, please find out more from your friends.
For the other part of the next studio session, we will discuss the reading by Flusser (The Beautiful & The Nice). Please read it. You will be asked to share your thoughts (as a designer) on the ideas the writer explores in the article.
For the final part of the next session, we will be exploring the theme: Nature. Each of you, please bring with you 5 pieces of 10 cm X 10 cm corrugated cardboard.
