  1. Top View 2-D Ortho drawing

    • On the whole the drawing is well done with a good use of lineweight to emphasise on elements closer to the view hence helping to understand the depth of the 2-D drawing.

    • Do note that while the more compact elements (like the windmill) ARE closer to the top, these may be drawn with slightly thinner lineweight so that one can read the lines more clearly from each other.

    • Other than the scale, you should also label the drawing – Top view/Plan

    Perspective

    • The perspective is immersive and brings one in closer to the city

    • Would have been nice to see the windmills expressed as moving and get a sense of it in action.

    • A little more variation with the toning and shade would have helped with the feel of the city

    Overall layout

    • Generally clear layout however could have been more adventurous testing a more blended layout rather than a cut-paste look

    • You have used a blue colour the background of the layout sheet – This could have been taking a step further to BE the expression of the lake that the city sits on (especially for the top view) and further blended to become the rest of the background. As this would have helped introduce the sense of the water a little more which was what was missing from the build.
