Good idea for a character transformation! I like the concept, but in the figure i see almost no form development or structural drawing at all. the forms are totally flat with no interior drawing at all! they are almost entirely outlines and i don’t see any evidence of getting better reference to understand the forms better. The third drawing seems more like a quick sketch than anything appropriate for an assignment – for sure go back into these and develop your shapes! these would be impossible to animate as they are entirely flat drawings.

make sure to spend the time to resolve your shapes! probably this will take a few hours to correct
