What was done so far:
Hourglass:
Getting bottles and cutting them up for the hourglass
Lasercutting wood for the base and the gap in the middle of the hourglass

Interface:
Gathering some sounds for the hourglasses
Having basic alteration of frequency and speed of sounds via Max MSP, through the i-CubeX system.

Used OSC-route to get the data from the i-CubeX system
 

Issues:
Although got a very good gauge of the dimensions for the bottles and the lasercut, still need refinement due to changes and also modification of the interface.

We had an issue with getting the data to be used in Max MSP, but was able to get the data to be used by prof’s recommendation of OSC-route.
Also, there was the issue of the interface being just an on/off button for the sound.
Still trying to refine the patch and also integrate the play between 1 device to another.
