Silk Screen Design

“Don’t say goodbye, because goodbye means leaving, and leaving means forgetting” – Peter Pan

 

I grew up watching a lot of children film, animations and cartoons. One movie that really stick with me till now is Peter Pan. Something about children adventures and magical fairies just makes me so excited. So I put myself in Peter Pan’s shoe, and I imagine myself “saying goodbye to me being a child and forgetting all about it” and becoming an adult. (But really, I still watch cartoons haha).
So I came up with this design of a man and an image of a baby in his head remembering the past which is fading away. The fairies represent “child like imaginations” (because I used to think fairies were real after watching this movie) and they are flying away from the man. I use black color dominantly because I want to show the seriousness of being an adult. White to represent innocent, light, and calm like children.
