Visual Communication 1 – G3

After getting the feedback:

I decided to place my elephant on both sides which mean when viewers open the brochure, they can see an elephant. When they close it, they also can see an elephant at the back of the brochure. I placed the piano keyboard on both sides (inside and back of the brochure) to make it looks like fluently. Read more →

I chose my mock up 3 and modified the brochure design.

I arranged the elephant on one side. When viewers open it, they can see an elephant. I did a die cut to see the hot air balloon which is located at the inside of the brochure.

   

Shape of the brochure is triangle. It can be opened easily. Viewers can see the information easily. There is two figures in the brochure and look like connected when the brochure is closed. Colour of brochure is nice, it gives a sense of smoothly.

So I continued with my previous idea of “Party with the Arts” onto this project but changed the illustration style.

Overall, I’m really satisfied with my brochure although there is things to improve on as well. The cover page is a little to plain compared to the contents inside hence maybe more illustrations can be placed at the front page to evoke the fun element into it. Read more →
