Introduction to Bemucer :

Welcome to Bemucer! It is one of the 5 planets that humans had been colonized by the human race since 2203. In the short time of its colonization, it has become one of the busiest trading ports in the Cemora Galaxy. Many different life forms come and go to sell and buy many different commodities.

Life in Bemucer is a combination of bustling marketplace and futuristic city life.
However, not all of planet has been terra formed. At the beginning, Bemucer’s atmosphere did not accommodate a sustainable human living environment. It took 50 years to create an artificial. It only covers 30 percent of the planet’s surface.

 

The Environment:

Before it the terra forming in started, Bemucer is a dessert planet. Till today most of it is still a dessert planet with very little water. Fortunately with the help of terra forming, the artificial atmosphere can produce oxygen. And with the help of plants that artificially engineered to produce water more water than normal plants, Bemucer became a more sustainable living environment.

 

History – Human Explorations in Space :

During the mid 21st century, after the Great Dispute, mankind venture to space to find other homes. They have colonized 5 planets: Hegu, Mesona, Zentop, Quinx and Bemucer. And all reside in Cemora Galaxy. Out of the 5, Bemucer is the tiniest, but the wealthiest out of them all. The five planets orbits around a star called Xeno which acts as a sun.

 

Hilon – Bemucer Main Commodity:

Bemucer also boast one of the largest hilon mine. Hilon is a substance that is found in three out of the five planets. It’s very valued as a milligram of it can power a city for a whole month. Transportation, structures and building in Bemucer rely on this substance. However, the extraction of hilon is very dangerous, because it emits toxic gas that can result in brain damage. It’s extraction and usage are heavily monitored by Bemucer’s government.

 

Transportation:
There’s hover cars and motorcycles, but mostly the inhabitants of Bemucer use the high speed bullet train to go around, which is also powered by Hilon.

 

Health Care – Cerebellum Initiative:

Like the other 4 planets, many humans that first tried to terra formed Bemucer faced many challenges. They were exposed to Bemucer toxic air that affected the human brain. As a result, the cerebellum which is part of the human brain that functions to retrain memory and think were compromised. Countless people were brain dead. They were lifeless body without a mind. Not only that, the toxic air that was emitted also affected the human gene. As a result, many babies who were born during the time of the terra forming era would have brains that were not fully developed. The humans then implanted a small device, dubbed “Cere”, above the nave which acts as a replacement for the cerebellum. The “Cere” now acts as storage.
This became the basis of the Cerebellum Initiative where infants are mandatory to have this device implanted in their nave to avoid unwanted tragedies.

 

Population:

Population in Bemucer are strictly monitored. Human couple can have only one offspring. This is because they want to avoid The Great Dispute to happen again. Other life forms who stay as permanent residences in Bemucer must have great value toward the planet, such as merchants and traders (this include businesses, shops, etc) .

 

Education System:

Fun fact: There are no schools in Bemucer. With “Cere” people can download any type information they want! However, with this type of convenience, it is not a surprise that the society had developed a very lazy attitude. Since they can have any type of knowledge that they want in any given time, they rarely seek it. This does not help the fact that Bemucer is very prosperous because of the production hilon. Many of its citizens live in luxury.

Jobs-Informants:

Many inhabitants, human or aliens alike are mostly merchants or shop keepers. But some humans work to be an informant, usually for companies. Informants are paid a large sum of money. They basically loan their Cere to store highly kept information that they need to give to another party. However the risk are if the secrets are in any way in danger of falling into unwanted hands, the informant’s Cere will automatically be format and their memories erased. Sure their is a safety mechanism, which means only the vital information are erased, but their is a risk of compromising your own memory. But usually humans who did not come from Bemucer take this job, because they usually come from the other planets and in need of money. It’s a risky job and people from Bemucer opt not to take it, and why do they need to? The people who live in Bemucer are filthy rich.

New informants need to go through the Cere procedure, where they get implanted with the Cere.

The story would center around two new informants that have arrived in Bemucer to receive jobs from a company called Hilon Industries, which manufature and ditribute hilon.

Characters:

Both actors starts as new informants. That is the only thing I would specify about your character. You can set your attributes and your background story on your own! Have fun!
