Meta Project: Fashion

So the troublesome thing in around this time of the year is that people still celebrate halloween. They’ll dress up in odd clothes and masquerade around town wearing cloaks and all. It’s not as though our fashion has become any better over the centuries. These days, people just wear something that keep them warm. Global warming has become a huge issue to the point where winters take up 6 months of the year, and the rest of the months consists of the other seasons. Summer being the second longest.

Colours don’t really matter so much now. People are usually in a grey or black cloak. Colourful wear is a lot more expensive. And there aren’t that many occasions where people dress up. Except on occasions like Halloween. I’m in one of those batman costumes, mostly because the costume comes with a cape.

And I’m really too old for this kind of thing. But well, it’s a school event and everyones doing it. So I guess peer pressure is quite a big deal as well.
