Get well soon cards………….

Things that I think about preexisting GWS cards

  1. some can come across as insincere somehow
  2. sometimes too generic
  3. feature a lot of flowers
  4. or nature
  5. or puppies
  6. just things to make people happy
  7. usually normal fold – a paper into half
  8. or pop-up segments

I think what makes a good GWS card is something fun and vibrant I guess, something to take away/distract them from their current predicament. Interactivity sounds fun as well.
Focus:

Uplifting / colourful / calming / lightens up the room / interactive (so when you open it and read it the process engages you)

I also couldn’t get this quote out of my head

“A Smooth Sea Never Made A Skilled Sailor”

some friend told me that as encouragement a while ago and it’s stuck with me ever since. I might use it for this project……

These are just some screengrabs from the moodboard, the full list is on the link. I think I’ll venture into the ones that you can open up into a BIG BIG sheet kinda thing.
